DMCA TAKEDOWN POLICY

Effective Date: July 29, 2025

LucidVidsGroup.com ("we," "us," "the Website") respects the intellectual property rights of others and

expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the

text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website

at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright

infringement committed using the Website that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent

identified below.

This policy is an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

1. Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement (Filing a DMCA Notice)

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your

copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a

"Takedown Notice" to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an

exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple

copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list

of such works at that site.

3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing

activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information

reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL(s) where the

material can be found).

4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone

number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.

5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner

complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury,

that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly

infringed.

Failure to include all of the above information may result in a delay in processing your DMCA notification

or a determination that the notice is invalid.

2. Designated Copyright Agent

All Takedown Notices should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent at:

Name: Copyright Agent, LucidVidsGroup.com Legal Department

Address: [Your Company's Physical Address]

Email: [DMCA-specific email, e.g., [email protected]]

Phone: [Your Company's Phone Number]

We recommend sending notices via email for the quickest response.

3. Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Takedown Notice

Upon receipt of a valid and complete Takedown Notice, we will:

 Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.

 Notify the user or Model who posted the material (the "Affected User") that we have removed

or disabled access to the material.

 Provide the Affected User with a copy of the Takedown Notice.

4. Procedure for Filing a Counter-Notification

If you are an Affected User and you believe that the material that was removed or to which access was

disabled is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright

owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a "Counter-

Notification" to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and

the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled

(i.e., the original URL).

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was

removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the material to be removed

or disabled.

4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the

jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located

(or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which

LucidVidsGroup.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person

who provided the original Takedown Notice or an agent of such person.

5. Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Counter-Notification

Upon receipt of a valid Counter-Notification, we will:

 Promptly provide the original complaining party with a copy of the Counter-Notification.

 Inform the complaining party that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling

access to it in 10 business days.

 Replace the removed material and cease disabling access to it not less than 10, nor more than

14, business days following receipt of the Counter-Notification, UNLESS our Designated

Copyright Agent first receives notice from the complaining party that such party has filed an

action seeking a court order to restrain the Affected User from engaging in infringing activity

relating to the material on our system or network.

6. Policy on Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the

accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrights.

7. False Claims

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that

material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Similarly, any person who

knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or

misidentification may also be subject to liability.
